Strengthen Your Body, Mind, and Soul

Join us at Saint Ambrose for a special 4-class Pietra Fitness series designed to strengthen your body while deepening your spiritual life. Rooted in Christian prayer and meditation, Pietra Fitness combines stretching and strengthening exercises with moments of reflection to help you care for your whole person — body, mind, and soul — and glorify God through movement.

This series is welcoming to all fitness levels and offers a peaceful, prayer-centered approach to exercise. Each session blends gentle instruction, intentional breathing, and faith-based meditation.

Class Schedule & Location

Location: St. Anne Room
Series: 4 Classes

  • Thursday, March 5 — 5:45–6:30 pm
  • Thursday, March 12 — 5:45–6:30 pm
  • Thursday, March 19 — 5:45–6:30 pm
  • Monday, March 23 — 5:30–6:15 pm (earlier start time)

What to Bring

To help you participate comfortably in each session, please bring:

  • An exercise mat
  • A water bottle (optional)
  • Comfortable clothing suitable for stretching and movement

All are welcome. Come as you are and experience a prayerful path to renewed strength and balance.

Registration is now open. We encourage you to register so we can plan space and materials for everyone attending. If you are unable to attend every session, you are still welcome to participate — come when you can.
