Safe Environment

VIRTUS Training

To help provide a safe and welcoming environment for every child, all Saint Ambrose Catholic Community volunteers who interact with children or youth must complete the Archdiocese’s Essential 3 requirements. These include a background check, VIRTUS training, and a signed Code of Conduct. Background checks and VIRTUS training must be renewed every three years. This requirement applies to all adults who volunteer with students, including classroom helpers, one-on-one volunteers, Family Formation volunteers, field trip chaperones, party and event volunteers, and anyone participating in school activities involving children. For questions or assistance, please contact Meredith Miller at the Parish Office.
