FALLFEST is one of the biggest events of the year at Saint Ambrose – a weekend full of family, faith, fun, food, and fellowship. And it wouldn’t be possible without amazing people like you!
Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or joining us for the first time, there are so many ways to get involved, make new friends, and help our parish shine. Thank you for your interest in getting involved and helping at FALLFEST!

FALLFEST Amazon Wish List
Help make our auction a success by contributing items from our Amazon Wish. FALLFEST 2026 Amazon Wish List is in production and we cannot wait to share it soon.
FALLFEST Giving Tree
Help support FALLFEST by choosing a gift from our Giving Tree, located in the commons in the summer months ahead. Simply pick a leaf, purchase the listed item (primarily gift cards), and return it by September 1.
Items can be dropped off at:
- The parish office
- Collection baskets during Mass
- A FALLFEST representative (available after most Masses starting mid-July)

Support FALLFEST as a Family Sponsor and enjoy a chance to win a reserved parking spot! One winner will be chosen for Friday and one for Saturday. All family sponsors are automatically entered into the drawing, which will be held on Friday of FALLFEST. Winners will be contacted directly.

We need your help to make this year’s FALLFEST a success! From setup to cleanup—and everything in between—there’s a role for everyone.
Sign up link will become available closer to our FALLFEST 2026 for you to view the available volunteer slots for the role(s) that work best for you.
How to Sign Up
- Click the tab at the top of the screen for the area where you’d like to volunteer. On a mobile device, use the ‘Sign Ups’ drop-down menu at the top of the screen to view the different volunteer areas, then tap ‘Go’.
- Click the ‘Sign Up’ button next to the role(s) and time slot(s) you prefer.
- Scroll to the bottom and click ‘Submit and Sign Up’.
- Fill in your name and contact information, then hit ‘Submit’.
- Please also read the Adult Liability Waiver and after submitting your volunteer slot, enter your name in the ‘Comments’ section to acknowledge reading waiver form. Then you are set!
Please register each family member individually so the committee can accurately plan for all participants. Be sure to review any special requirements noted in the volunteer listing before signing up.
Share your talent with the Saint Ambrose Community at the FALLFEST Talent Show! All acts welcome – music, dance, comedy, magic, and more. We look forward to sharing audition dates in the coming months.
