FALLFEST is one of the biggest events of the year at Saint Ambrose – a weekend full of family, faith, fun, food, and fellowship. And it wouldn’t be possible without amazing people like you!
Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or joining us for the first time, there are so many ways to get involved, make new friends, and help our parish shine. Thank you for your interest in getting involved and helping at FALLFEST!
There’s a role for everyone – from helping with set-up, running game booths, grilling food, selling tickets, welcoming guests, or helping with clean-up. You pick the time and activity that works for you! Click on any of the links below to get involved today.

Involvement Opportunities
FALLFEST is only possible because of the incredible generosity of our community. Whether you can give an hour or spend the day serving, volunteering is a wonderful way to meet others, support our parish, and help create a memorable weekend for everyone. There are opportunities for individuals, families, and groups, and we’d love to have you be part of the fun.
How to Sign Up
- Click the tab at the top of the screen for the area where you’d like to volunteer. On a mobile device, use the “Sign Ups” drop-down menu at the top of the screen, then tap “Go.”
- Click the “Sign Up” button next to the role(s) and time slot(s) you prefer.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Submit and Sign Up.”
- Fill in your name and contact information, then click “Submit.”
- Please read the Adult Liability Waiver. After submitting your volunteer slot, enter your name in the Comments section to acknowledge that you have read the waiver.
- Please register each family member individually so the committee can accurately plan for all participants. Be sure to review any special requirements listed for your volunteer role before signing up.

FALLFEST Pumpkin Patch
Help support FALLFEST by choosing a gift from our FALLFEST pumpkin patch, located in the commons beginning in May. Simply pick a pumpkin, purchase the listed item (primarily gift cards), and return it by September 1.
Items can be dropped off at:
- The Parish Office
- Collection baskets during Mass
- A FALLFEST representative (available after most Masses starting mid-July)

Support FALLFEST 2026 as a Family Sponsor and help make this annual celebration possible for our parish and community. Your $250 family sponsorship helps support food, games, entertainment, prizes, and other event needs that create a joyful and welcoming experience for all who attend.
Family Sponsors will receive one unlimited ride wristband and may choose optional recognition in parish communications.
