Go deeper in prayer and grow in union with God.
This fall, Saint Ambrose is pleased to host Three Ages of the Interior Life, a five-week course offered through The Saint Paul Seminary Catechetical Institute.
Led by Deacon Dan Gannon, the course explores the spiritual life and contemplative prayer through the wisdom of St. John of the Cross and St. Teresa of Avila. Participants will discover practical ways to grow in holiness, enter more deeply into the life of grace, cultivate detachment and strengthen the dispositions that lead us toward greater union with God.

October 6–November 10 (no class October 20)
Saint Ambrose Catholic Community, Fellowship Hall
Cost: $100 ($50 for religious, consecrated persons and college students)
