Stephen Ministry is a national program that seeks to provide a biblical solution by equipping God’s people – the church – for ministry. The Saint Ambrose Stephen Ministry is made up of everyday, ordinary people who are gifted and trained to provide confidential, one-to-one Christian care to individuals in our community who are experiencing difficulties in their lives. Are you looking for someone to pray with or pray for you?

Saint Ambrose parish is here to support you in your concerns and specific needs through personal prayer. If you or someone you know is in need of God’s help and would like someone from our Intercessory Prayer Group to pray for or with you, connect with Deacon Dave ([email protected]).

Do you feel stuck, in need of healing, or simply need a moment with the Lord’s goodness? The Encounter Healing Prayer Ministry team is composed of parishioners who have a heart for seeing God’s people whole, and are gifted with the charism of praying with others for spiritual, emotional and physical healing. Are you unable to attend Mass to receive the Eucharist?

The Saint Ambrose Catholic Community offers outreach opportunities to parishioners and individuals that are sick and homebound. Members of the parish, who are Extraordinary Ministers, visit the homebound to bring Communion and see if there are additional needs that can be met by the parish. If you are interested in someone visiting you or someone you know, please reach out to the Parish Office.

Are you in search of a pregnancy care network?

The parish works with Woodbury Options for Women, a clinic that offers free services and support to women that feel abortion is the only choice when facing an unplanned pregnancy. Woodbury Options for Women empowers women to make informed, safe, and healthy decisions based on their circumstances.
