FALLFEST is one of the biggest events of the year at Saint Ambrose – a weekend full of family, faith, fun, food, and fellowship. And it wouldn’t be possible without amazing people like you!
Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or joining us for the first time, there are so many ways to get involved, make new friends, and help our parish shine. Thank you for your interest in getting involved and helping at FALLFEST!
There’s a role for everyone – from helping with set-up, running game booths, grilling food, selling tickets, welcoming guests, or helping with clean-up. You pick the time and activity that works for you! Click on any of the links below to get involved today.

Involvement Opportunities
We need your help to make this year’s FALLFEST a success! From setup to cleanup—and everything in between—there’s a role for everyone.

How to Sign Up
- Click the tab at the top of the screen for the area where you’d like to volunteer. On a mobile device, use the ‘Sign Ups’ drop-down menu at the top of the screen to view the different volunteer areas, then tap ‘Go’.
- Click the ‘Sign Up’ button next to the role(s) and time slot(s) you prefer.
- Scroll to the bottom and click ‘Submit and Sign Up’.
- Fill in your name and contact information, then hit ‘Submit’.
- Please also read the Adult Liability Waiver and after submitting your volunteer slot, enter your name in the ‘Comments’ section to acknowledge reading waiver form. Then you are set!
Please register each family member individually so the committee can accurately plan for all participants. Be sure to review any special requirements noted in the volunteer listing before signing up.

FALLFEST Giving Tree
Help support FALLFEST by choosing a gift from our Giving Tree, located in the commons throughout the summer. Simply pick a leaf, purchase the listed item (primarily gift cards), and return it by September 1.
Items can be dropped off at:
- The parish office
- Collection baskets during Mass
- A FALLFEST representative (available after most Masses starting mid-July)
Additional Wish List Items
Below is a list of suggested donation items that would enhance our silent auction and appeal to a wide range of participants.
- Professional/college sports tickets – Vikings, Wild, Twins, Gophers, etc.
- Special event tickets – Broadway play, Orchestra Hall, etc.
- Weekend at a cabin or lake home
- Gift certificates for special services – babysitting, handyman, photography, pet sitting, etc.
- Restaurant gift cards
- Spa/manicure/pedicure gift certificates
- Themed gift baskets – family game night, cooking/baking, movie nights, rainy day activities, beach basket, etc.

Support FALLFEST as a Family Sponsor and enjoy a chance to win a reserved parking spot! One winner will be chosen for Friday and one for Saturday. All family sponsors are automatically entered into the drawing, which will be held on Friday of FALLFEST. Winners will be contacted directly.
