The Well: Saint Ambrose Women’s Retreat
April 17-19, 2026
Trinity Woods Catholic Retreat Center
All women of the parish are invited to The Well, a weekend retreat centered on encounter, renewal, and sisterhood in Christ. This retreat is designed to help each woman grow in a deeper relationship with Jesus while building meaningful connections with other women walking the journey of faith.
Come with friends or come on your own. You will be welcomed. The weekend includes Mass and Eucharistic Adoration, inspiring talks, small-group sharing, and time for reflection, conversation, and joy. The retreat will be held at Trinity Woods Catholic Retreat Center in Trego, Wisconsin, providing a peaceful setting away from daily distractions to rest and be renewed in the Lord.
Rooming will be arranged with two women per room. On the registration form, you will have the opportunity to request up to two women you would prefer to share a room with.

Retreat Leader: Shannon Siemens
The weekend retreat will be led by Shannon Siemens, a seasoned spiritual director and instructor with a deep love for helping others grow in discernment, freedom, and intimacy with the Lord.
Shannon co-founded the School of Spiritual Direction at Franciscan University of Steubenville with her husband, Robert Siemens, in 2018. She continues to serve the program as an instructor, spiritual director, and supervisor, accompanying others as they learn to listen for and respond to God’s voice in their lives.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Franciscan University (1994) and a Certification in Spiritual Direction and the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola from the Lanteri Center of Ignatian Spirituality in Denver (2015).
Outside her ministry work, Shannon spent 25 years homeschooling her five children and enjoys filling her life with what is good, true, and beautiful — especially through books, music, ballet, flowers, birds, and time with children.
