Our parish festival planning committee is busy planning for our festival which will be on September 23 and 24, 2022! We are looking for individuals, families and businesses to be a sponsor at various levels for our 2022 festival. We also are looking for donations for our silent auction. It is never too early to make a donation! You may donate products, services, or cash to be put toward auctions items. We appreciate anyone willing to volunteer and to donate to our festival. *Donations of professional sports tickets – VIkings, Wild, Twins etc
*Special Events – Broadway play or Orchestra Hall etc.
*Donate a weekend cabin/lake home
*Donations of specific services such as handyman, babysitting, pet sitting photography
*Professional sports jerseys or other items – signed even better!
*Restaurant gift cards: We are trying to give back to the businesses this year that have struggled due to covid. Please provide the business with a letter we have written to offer our support when purchasing the gift card. Letters are available in the Church commons on the FALLFEST table, in the parish office. or below.
*Spa/manicure/pedicure gift certificates

How to participate in our Silent Auction this year:
Please note that anyone wanting to participate will need to have an email address and will need to enter a credit card to the account they create.

if wanting to participate in the auction and never participated before continue with the following directions:
- Go to the website (if not already on it): saccfallfest.ggo.bid
- Click on “Get Started”
- Click on ‘Create Account“
- Enter your email
- Confirm email
- Click on ‘I am not a robot” and follow directives
- Click on “Confirm“
- You will be asked to check your email messages. You will receive an email from the Greater Giving login
- View the verify email message
- Click on the link provided in the email
- Fill in the information requested. This will include making a password you will use to get into the site from now on. Please make a note of it. It will also require entering a credit card #. These numbers are only kept in the system until the end of the Auction to pay for any itme you may win. Credit Card info is not stored long term
If you have participated in an auction at Saint Ambrose before:

- Log in or use the “Forgot Password Link”
- Enter information including credit card
- Click on “Start Bidding”
- Scroll down to see all the packages or go into menu to find different categories you are interested in. If you see the item and know the name or bid # you can search for something specifically.
Many hands make light work! We need your time and many talents to bring this festival to life. There are numerous tasks that need to be accomplished in the planning, set up, days of the event and tear down process. Please click here to allow easy access to our signup genius which will allow you to volunteer for specific day of activities and times.
In addition to the donations needed for the Silent Auction, the Giving Tree is up in the commons. Please feel free to pick a leaf, purchase the item and return by Sept 1st to the donation bin in the commons area or the Church office. These items will be used for some game prizes at the event along with Silent Auction. We will have representatives at the FALLFEST table after most Masses until the event if you have questions.
