Saint Ambrose FALLFEST 2024: September 20-21

We are in need of donated items for our Silent Auction. Please refer to our wish list for items below.

Silent Auction Donation ideas:

*Donations of professional/college sports tickets – VIkings, Wild, Twins , Gophers etc.

*Special Events – Broadway play or Orchestra Hall etc.

*Donate a weekend cabin/lake home

*Donations of specific services such as handyman, babysitting, pet sitting photography

*Professional sports jerseys or other items – signed even better!

*Restaurant gift cards: We are trying to give back to the businesses this year that have struggled due to covid. Please provide the business with a letter we have written to offer our support when purchasing the gift card. Letters are available in the Church commons on the FALLFEST table, in the parish office. or below.

*Spa/manicure/pedicure gift certificates

Themed gift baskets : family game night, sports movie nights, rainy day activities, beach basket etc

How to participate in our Silent Auction this year:

Please note that anyone wanting to participate will need to have an email address and will need to enter a credit card to the account they create.

if wanting to participate in the auction and never participated before continue with the following directions:

1. Go to the website (if not already on it): safallfest23.ggo.bid
2. Click on “Get Started”
3. Click on ‘Create Account“
4. Enter your email
5. Confirm email
6. Click on ‘I am not a robot” and follow directives
7. Click on “Confirm“
8. You will be asked to check your email messages. You will receive an email from the Greater Giving login
9. View the verify email message
10. Click on the link provided in the email
11. Fill in the information requested. This will include making a password you will use to get into the site from now on. Please make a note of it. It will also require entering a credit card #. These numbers are only kept in the system until the end of the Auction to pay for any itme you may win. Credit Card info is not stored long term

If you have participated in an auction at Saint Ambrose before:

1. Go to safallfest23.ggo.bid
2. Click on “Get Started“
3. Log in or use the “Forgot Password Link”
4. Enter information including credit card
5. Click on “Start Bidding”
6. Scroll down to see all the packages or go into menu to find different categories you are interested in. If you see the item and know the name or bid # you can search for something specifically.
